Some people say that the quality of the cabinet can be judged by its appearance. Is this possible? Moreover, many transparent LED display panels produced by display manufacturers are very similar. Even if the appearance is different, its construction principle is the same, such as circuit boards, lamp beads, wires, etc. So how to judge the quality of transparent LED screens?

1. While watching the brightness, we must pay attention to whether the light of the lamp beads is very uniform. Especially when observing white light, we must pay attention to whether there is color difference. If we cover it with a thin piece of white paper, it may not be observed. Therefore, a certain thickness of acrylic is used. In this way, the presence or absence of color difference is an important part of distinguishing the quality, which will also lead to the price difference of transparent LED screens.

2. Comparison of brightness, we will put the acrylic plate close to the LED modules of different numbers, and then slowly raise it a short distance. During this time, we will see whether the brightness of the lamp beads can meet our needs. Of course, it is more direct to put the module directly in the word. The higher the brightness, the higher the requirements for the lamp beads, and the cost will be relatively high. If you use low brightness in an indoor environment, it is fine, but if it is a window LED transparent screen or an LED glass curtain wall screen, then a high-brightness transparent LED screen will be required.

3. The temperature of the lamp beads. After lighting for a period of time, touch the LED lamp beads with your hand. If the temperature is very high or even hot, it must be stable without low temperature.

4. The quality of the solder joints. The full solder joints prove that the welding process is good, and the high brightness proves that the solder is used well; the serious one is the virtual solder joint, which is prone to poor contact and subsequent maintenance.

5. Finally, the way to paste the transparent LED screen: At present, there are two ways to make LED transparent screens, one is positive light emission and the other is side light emission. Although the side light emission has a higher transparency, the lamp bead packaging technology needs to be tested by the market, and the positive light lamp beads use the traditional LED display lamp beads. After market testing, the quality is very stable.

As the transparent LED screen market gradually matures, more and more new products and technical solutions will emerge. The current comparison of the two transparent screen solutions, front-emitting and side-emitting, shows that the side-emitting transparent screen has more obvious advantages, but the price of the front-emitting display is more competitive.
