One: Check

1. Check that all the above box modules are installed correctly;

2. Check whether there are short circuits or mixed connections in the electrical system;

Two: Light up aging

1. Use online control system to light;

2. The test time lasts for more than 72 hours;

3. The aging of LED transparent display is divided into white light aging and video aging;

4. Aging methods include constant current aging and constant voltage aging;

Three: Indicator inspection

After the aging test is correct, ask the quality inspection team to conduct parameter index testing.

1. Check content: white screen, red, green, blue monochrome, sudden grayscale changes, video effects, text effects;

2. The white screen inspection time of the LED transparent display screen shall not be less than 24 hours;

3. Monochrome and grayscale sudden change inspection shall take no less than 24 hours;

4. Video and text effects will be checked for no less than 24 hours;

5. The aging inspection of the LED transparent display screen must be attended by someone, and if any questions are found, they should be reported to the engineering department manager for resolution in a timely manner;

In addition, over-current impact aging is also a newer aging method adopted by manufacturers. This type of aging is performed by using a constant current source with adjustable frequency and adjustable current to judge the quality and life expectancy of LEDs in a short time.
