Unlike other electronic products, LED displays need to be completed from pre-sales design to after-sales construction, installation and maintenance. 2. On-site survey content:

1. The wall where the LED display is installed, the installation method (mounted, floor-standing, hanging, column, etc.) and the stress conditions. And based on the size of the display screen, confirm whether there are any obstacles during on-site installation. If it is a built-in installation, check whether the reserved installation slot is suitable and confirm whether the wall structure is made of gypsum board or other materials. If it is a column installation, you must understand the underground geology.

2. On-site power supply, the condition of the computer room or AC transformer, whether the wires need to be re-routed, whether there is a ground wire, the required wire length, etc.

3. Understand whether the LED display communication line is smooth. If the user doesn’t understand the product, we at least need to understand the user’s needs in all aspects.

4. Tools that need to be carried during the survey, such as tape measure or laser ruler. Whether scaffolding is required to install the display height and whether the computer is provided by the customer.

5. The external environment of the site. Whether it needs to be moisture-proof when installed indoors, whether it needs to be rain-proof and lightning-proof outdoors, as well as the user's viewing distance, display height and sunlight orientation.

6. Try to use your camera to take pictures from different angles at the scene.

7. Ask customers if they have special requirements and whether they can be realized.

If the work process is not arranged in advance, it will cause certain troubles to users and affect the company's service level.
